Billing & Payments

Applicable Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage users to contact us directly to resolve any disputes. For formal disputes:

• Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration
• Arbitration will be conducted under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
• Each party will bear their own costs and attorney fees
• Class action lawsuits are waived by using our Service

Jurisdiction

Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration will be conducted in the state and federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the jurisdiction of such courts.
